frankhuebsch Just having received and listened to the Takenobu latest release Sushi Tapes, v 2, I am amazed again at the creative talent of Nick Ogawa. This release presents the best of his most recent compositions, and I especially appreciate the extended Heliocentricity track. But for me, Ode to Earth Day will always be special as it conveys a sense of nature that is familiar but not often heard by humans. Please consider subscribing, if you haven't already done so!

about

This is the second collection of songs recorded from my live streams on Youtube. This second installment of the Sushi Tapes EP's are selections of full live takes, written on the fly via loop and effects pedals. Unlike Vol. 1 these takes have not been edited, nor do they have any added layers of violin. I selected these pieces because of how they take shape and each find a form in their own way.
